Delivery, return and order cancellation

Our mission is to be a reliable partner for our collaborators, offering a comprehensive range of products in the shortest possible time.

  • Deliveries for orders over 200 RON are made within a maximum of 24 hours from the order placement, through specialized courier companies. 
  • The products sold by the Gheorgheni Hockey Sports Club Association are delivered in their original packaging (bundles, boxes, rolls) and are accompanied by a fiscal invoice.
  • Items that can be delivered in smaller quantities are listed in the product catalog. 
  • The delivered products meet the quality standards in force.
  • When stored correctly, our products maintain their quality indefinitely or until their expiration date, if applicable. 
  • Warranty applies only in the case of proper use and storage. 
  • Certificates of quality and performance are issued by the manufacturer and can be requested from the technical office of the Gheorgheni Hockey Sports Club Association.
  • Prices in euros are updated daily and are calculated according to the BNR (National Bank of Romania) exchange rate for that day.
  • General transport conditions apply to our clients with whom we have contractual agreements.

Return conditions:

Upon delivery of the products, the Buyer is obligated to check the quantity and integrity of the packaging, products, and their accessories. In case of any discrepancies, the Buyer must notify the sales representative within a maximum of 2 working days from receiving the products.

Returns made after this period will incur a fee amounting to 10% of the total value of the returned product/products.

The following products can be returned:

  • The products are returned within the above mentioned time frame 
  • The products are returned in their original packaging, with accessories and labels intact (without signs of use, damage, or impact).
  • The returned products are in their original packing unit (e.g., package, roll, box, bag).
  • The products are within their validity/warranty period.
  • The products have not been customized at the Buyer’s request or subject to a special order.

Failure to comply with the above conditions may result in the Seller’s refusal to accept the return of the products.

Order Cancellation Policy:

The order can be canceled by either party without justification, prior notification, or any further obligations of one party towards the other.

The buyer can request the cancellation of the order by accessing the Check out / Order Details / Cancel Order sections or via email at gyergyoihk@gmail.com.

  1. The order is automatically canceled, if 
    • the card used for payment is not accepted by the buyer’s issuing bank and/or by the online payment processor approved by Fan Shop
    • a communication error occurs between the buyer’s bank and the online payment processor approved by Fan Shop

    • the chosen item goes out of stock during the checkout process

  2. Order cancellation by
    • The buyer, if the cancellation is made within 15 minutes of order confirmation. No additional cancellation fees apply.
    • Fan Shop, if the product becomes unavailable (for example, but not limited to the large number of orders for the product in question; any reason attributable to Fan Shop; etc.) or if the online platform did not function properly.
  3. Cancellation before shipment
    • If the order has not been shipped, the buyer can cancel the order without any additional costs.
  4. Cancellation after shipment
    • Once shipped, the order can no longer be canceled, but the buyer can refuse the package upon delivery or opt to return the products within 14 days of receiving them.
  5. Payment refund  
    • After cancellation, the payment will be refunded within 7 business days using the payment method originally used to place the order.
